Join us in Prayer

We have a small but dedicated team of prayer ministers who are here to serve and walk in prayer with our community. There are weekly and monthly opportunities to receive prayer from our prayer teams, as well as prayer and training opportunities with the prayer ministry of our parent church, The Falls Church.

Our weekly email is
the best way to plug in!

"… in particular, we are all invited - summoned, actually - to discover, through following Jesus, that this new world is indeed a place of justice, spirituality, relationship, and beauty, and that we are not only to enjoy it as such but to work at bringing it to birth on earth as in heaven"

Opportunities to receive prayer

Prayer at the Rail (P@tR)
At each Sunday service, prayer teams are available to pray confidentially with you during the serving of Communion.

Confidential Prayer Requests
You can email Sunita Groth at with prayer requests that will be interceded for by our prayer team.

Individual Healing Prayer evenings (monthly September – May)
For those seeking physical or inner healing, for broken relationships, family issues, issues of unforgiveness and other types of healing. Receive one hour of individual prayer from a specially trained prayer team. We have seen many wonderful healings from this type of prayer.

If you would like to schedule a one hour slot, either 7:00-8:00 pm or 8:00-9:00 pm, on the last Wednesday of the month, contact Sunita Groth at . Please note, spaces are limited so a reservation in advance is required.

Evenings of Silent Soaking Prayer
If you find it hard to set aside periods of time to listen to the Lord or to hear Him in Holy Silence, silent soaking prayer may be for you. Keep an eye on the St. Brendan’s e-newsletter for the next night of soaking prayer.
